Learning From Lockdown
Schools have been in lockdown since March 2020 and have had to adapt at very short notice to maintain quality learning at home and at school for key worker children.
Schools have learnt much about the very different nature of learning at home and gained a real insight into the nature of tasks that work well when teaching in a remote way. Many schools are taking the opportunity to reflect more deeply on the nature of education and different ways in which pupils can and do learn. Schools are adapting the timetable to meet need and are exploring different provision models including synchronous and asynchronous learning.
